Frank and his family immigrated to the United States when he was four years old in 1921. The artist was considered an abstract expressionist painter.

The artist was raised in New York City. Harold Frank attended the National Academy of Design and the Pratt Institute located in New York City. Frank also attended college in Los Angeles studying at U.C.L.A. and the Chouinard Art Institute.

Interesting work. I don’t think I’ve run across Frank’s work before. I’ve only started getting into the various types of abstract art over the last couple of years.
