Artist of the moment……Edwin Ruda

Edwin Ruda is an American artist born in New York City in the year 1922. Ruda is an abstract painter and printmaker and occasionally a sculptor.

For his artistic and collegiate education, Ruda attended many institutions of learning. A bachelors degree from Cornell University. He also studied at the Art Students League of New York City. Ruda earned a masters degree from Columbia University. Ruda earned a MFA from the University of Illinois.

Artist of the moment…….James Juszczyk

James Juszczyk is an abstract artist born in Chicago, Illinois  in the year 1943. The artist is associated with Constructivism and Abstract painting styles. For his artistic education Juszczyk attended the University of Illinois and the Cleveland Institute of Art. The artist went on to earn  a masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Juszyczyk paints mainly with acrylics.

Juszczyk has been part of the teaching faculty at many colleges including the Cleveland Institute of Art.

Spent the latter part of the 1980s based out of Zurich, Switzerland. He is now based out of New York City.
