Tim Stoner is a wonderful painter of the figure born in Essex, England in 1970. The artist enjoys painting large groups of people who are dancing or engaged in a fun activity of some sort. Other artists who do a great job at capturing group movement would be Lorraine Christie and from the very old school…Giotto the Italian artist born in 1267. For his collegiate studied Stoner attended many schools including Lleyton Sixth Form College and the Royal College of Art in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He Academy of Visual Arts in Amsterdam.
In 2001 he won a prestigious award for up and coming artists in 2001 that helped him gain recognition worldwide. The prize is called the Beck Futures award and for it he collected more than $30,000.
