Artist of the moment……Albert Irvin



Albert Irvin is a British Abstract Expressionist painter born in London, England in the year 1922.

Irvin attended the Northampton School of Art before joining the Air Force for World War Two. After the war had finished Irvin earned his degree from Goldsmith’s College.

Irvin is also an award winning printmaker.

Irvin has taught at the collegiate level, including his alma mater.

Albert Irvin was made on (OBE) Officer of the British Empire in 2013.

Price range information: Works range from screenprints at the $1,000 to original oils at $50,000. Irvin also works in gouache, watercolors, and acrylics.
