In this clip we visit a show at the Weinstein Gallery from 2008. A great selection of paintings by Dufy:

What I enjoy most about the art of Dufy is his blend of finished and unfinished works in his artwork. A watercolor might have a well drawn boat with a thick black line, but an area close by is left unfinished, just splashes of color. The mix of realism and abstraction keeps the viewer’s mind highly interested and ¬†looking over the picture again and again.
