1200th post!!!! Inuit artist Luke Iksiktaaryuk

Luke Iksiktaaryuk is an Inuit artist born in 1909 near the Kazan River located in Nunavut Territory, Canada.

The most used medium of the artist was antlers.

The artist worked mainly as a sculptor, but also did a fair amount of graphic design and printmaking.

price range information: Works range from $1,000 to $25,000.

When the artist passed away in 1977 he was living in the Baker Lake, Nunavut Territory, Canada.
